Actress Raashii Khanna and Karthi starrer “Sardar” is making news for all the right reasons. Apart from showcasing a wonderful star cast, the movie explores the theme of spy thrillers without losing its essence. For the Chennai press meet session, Raashii opted for a wine Anarkali and opened up a lot about the movie and her future projects. The outfit is designed by Tarun Tahiliani.

The wine Anarkali is crafted in chiffon and has no prints or embellishments to its glory. Its neckline and waist tell a different story with hand-embroidered details in stones and on a belt. She paired it with a churi bottom and a contrast dupatta with chevron handloom work.
She decided to go sans a neckpiece but stuck to a pair of earrings and an antique gold ring by Amrapali. Her pair of gold strappy sandals also matched the attire. She rounded out the look with a simple hairdo, blushed cheeks, kohl-rimmed eyes and nude lips.
