Onam is a festival of colour and prosperity close to every Malayees heart. Like most, if festivals, dressing up in Kerala sarees is a part of Onam too and our beloved actresses sure did understand the assignment. So here are 4 looks given to us by actresses Keerthy Suresh, Ahaana Krishna, Priya Mani Raj and Anupama Parameswaran.

1. Keerthy Suresh in an ivory kasavu saree-
The saree has a plain body with triangular patterns in the gold spread on it. Its pallu however showcases abstract kasavu detailings in gold making it ideal for the occasion. She wore it with a peach sleeveless blouse and traditional jewels consisting of a pair of ruby studded earrings.
2. Anupama Parameswaran in an ivory striped saree by Jugalbandhi-
The saree is plain towards its upper half while the lower half is striped daintily in gold zari. Its border on the other hand is scalloped and decorated with stones. It is paired with a matching sleeveless blouse and pearl studded god earrings, choker by Desire Jewellers.
3. Priya Mani Raj in a white saree-
This one has a plain body but makes up for its colourful border in green and blue. Infact it is further detailed with gold zari details to enhance the look. She matched it with a green blouse and gold jewels including a pair of earrings. choker, and bangles by Kaumudi Designs.
4. Ahaana Krishna in a set saree–
The saree’s beauty rested upon the gold polka dots it displays in detail. The pallu and the border however have peacock and floral patterns in gold etched onto them. It is paired with a contrast blue polka dot blouse. Lastly, she rounded out the look with gold jewels comprising a pair of earrings, a long haram and a bangle by Regal jewellers.
