Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi celebrated her birthday in the grandest manner ever. Not only does she have her movie “Captain” organizing its pre-release event, but also the magnum opus, “Ponniyin Selvan-I” releasing its trailer which is a visual spectacle. For the occasion like most of the others, she opted for a red benarsi saree by Ekaya Benaras.

The red saree is striped with silver floral details in zari spread over its body. Moreover, the borders are further enhanced with silver floral motifs hand woven into them along pink piping. She decided to pair the saree with a red blouse with half sleeves sans prints or embellishments.
She showcased extreme caution while picking jewels to go with the outfit and wore an emerald studded choker, a bangle, a maangtika and a ring. These belonged to Kishandas jewellery. A simple hairdo with blushed cheeks, winged eyes, a bindi and nude lips added finishing touches to the look.
