“Thalaivi” is one of the most ambitious projects to be released this year. Actress Purnaa who has become a common face in the South industry will also play an important role in the Kangana Ranaut starrer biopic. Last day, the film had its pre-release event held in Hyderabad and for the event, she wore an ivory Benarasi saree by Ridhi’s saree.

The white shaded saree is covered with floral motifs etched in silver zari all over. Moreover, what adds to the beauty is the gold zari motifs in between. Purnaa decided to add some pop to the light-hued saree with a green polka-dotted brocade blouse.
Complimenting the saree, she decided to go with pearl-studded accessories. So she went with a pair of rice pearl-studded stud earrings, a handcuff, and a gold choker. A neatly tied up bun with winged eyes, a red bindi, blushed cheeks and nude glossy lips completed the look.
