If you don’t know about Vidya Balan and her love for sarees then probably you are living under a rock. The actress has time and again reaffirmed her love for sarees by donning it to every event even when her contemporaries chose to go for gowns or other modern outfits.
The gorgeous diva posted another photo of hers in a saree yesterday for a virtual event and we love the look. Designed by Priyadarshini Rao, the Jamun saree with a matching floral blouse is wine and teal in colour.
The exquisite fluid silk saree is covered in printed checks of teal and wine colour. The handwoven saree has an undecorated pallu but makes up for it with a butti printed border with a laced edging along its hem and trim.
As for the blouse, Vidya went for a wine coloured darted blouse that boasts of a scooped neckline and an elbow-length sleeve. The blouse is also adorned with teal coloured floral bhuttis matching the saree.
Finally, Vidya paired up the saree with silver earrings and heavy bangles. With neatly tied back hair, lightly kohled eyes and nude lipstick, she completed the look.
