We might have our own tryst with pattu sarees but seldom do we see ourselves dressed up in a pattu Anarkali. While the proposition of it might be alien to some of us, we now have proof that it is something we should all try at least once. The reason why we are so sure is actress Anupama Parameswaran. In her latest set of photos, Anupama is seen wearing a gold pattu Anarkali by Sthri. She resorted to this one for a shop opening event.

The Anarkali has two different halves-a navy blue yoke and a gold lower half. While the yoke is worked with zari detailed gold paisley motifs, the lower half remains plain except for its stone-studded borders. It is paired with a set of blue leggings and a pattu dupatta matching the details of the yoke.
She accessorized the look with a pair of white statement earrings and nothing else. We also liked her pair of gold wedges. A curly hairdo with a bindi, kohl rimmed eyes, blushed cheeks and red lips completed her look.
