There’s no colour that screams festival more than shades of white. That is also the reason why they are so popular among women during these occasions. Actress Amruta Khanvilkar also found the colour irresistible and decided to drape on a white silk saree for Gudi Padwa. The saree is handcrafted by Saudamini Handlooms.

The saree features small buttis spread unevenly all over its body in gold. However, the real charm vests in its paithani borders and pallu in gold with floral vine motifs. She teamed the saree with a latticed silk blouse that also showcased gold patterns.
To keep the look classy, she decided to pair it with a set of emerald studded diamond earrings, a nose ring and a pair of bangles by Mortantra. A loose hairdo with winged eyes, blushed cheeks, a bindi and pink lips completed her look.
