Plain sarees are no less than embellished sarees. We believe plain sarees are rooted in the ideology “less is more” and they sure are everything nice. The black currant hued saree is in cotton and therefore ideal to be worn in the summers. As it is sans embellishments all over its body and pallu, it bears tassels on its hemline. We loved how she paired the saree with a white cut worked flared sleeved blouse that added edge to the otherwise simple saree.
Ramya styled the saree with nothing but a set of silver studs to keep it elegant. However, we did notice how she wore a pair of black stilettos to match the outfit. Minimal makeup with glossy red lips and short hair completed the look.
