It seems festivities are not yet over for Upasana Konidela. The star wife recently celebrated her mother’s 60th birthday in a beautiful magenta coloured saree by Anita Dongre.
So, the Benarasi pattu saree is covered in intricate silver zari motifs all over its body, hem, pallu and border- a very popular combination.
Moreover, the saree is embellished with lattices that include Gota Patti, Dori, Zardosi and pearls. The ornated pallu is the highlight of the saree with floral motifs that give the saree a regal look.
Another highlight of the ensemble was Upasana’s choice of blouse. Interestingly, she wore a cream coloured elbow length sleeves blouse to match the saree. The choice to go with a simple high necked blouse is laudable as an embellished one would have made her look gaudy.
She accessorized herself with long diamond earrings. Lastly, with a simple hairdo, a red bindi and light pink lipstick, Upasana completed her look.
Her mother also joined Upasana by wearing a powder blue saree with silver coloured floral patterns twinning with her daughter.
Her siblings, however, went for casual tees and shirts.
