Subha masthu Shopping mall is very nice in terms of Collection , price and ambience,
We regularly go for shopping there it is our first Choice.
However recently I had a bitter experience which I would like to share
I purchased a lehanga set for my daughter worth 2500/-, when I gave it her she did not liked the color combination. I went to shopping mall to Exchange with another color they said once sold will not taken back or exchange is not possible.
I am very disappointed about the policy , in normal small shops also exchange facility available but here that was not there .
Now we need to think twice whether to go there or not
