Vidya Balan picked a traditional silk saree yet again for the last of Mumbai Film Festival’s events – the closing ceremony. She teamed the lovely, blue saree with a floral printed blouse. We loved her jhumkis and the hairdo that she adorned with jasmine flowers, all of which added to the ethnic charm!
