Making a resolution is but standing by it no matter what happens is a difficult thing to do. While some of us might not be good at keeping promises, but not designer Shilpa Reddy. Following her custom of wearing a handwoven saree to her “Q&A” show, Shilpa looked glorious in a navy blue Kanchi cotton saree by Kankatala.

The handwoven Kanchipuram saree in a cool tone features the warm hues of orange stripes on its body. Its border on the other hand also showcases peacock motifs in orange intricately woven into the navy blue fabric. The pallu which is a mix of both the hues is tasselled at its hem. She paired it with a plain white shirt blouse that added to its formal look.
Shilpa matched it with nothing but a set of statement oxidized silver earrings and a ring. Blushed cheeks with winged eyes, a bindi, a twist pleated hair and nude lips completed the look.
