Actress Shilpa Reddy has always been a supporter of Indian craftsmen and handloom sarees. In fact, the actress strictly chooses handcrafted sarees that boast India’s rich tradition on her show “Kankatala Q&A.” Yesterday, on the occasion of handloom day, she posted pictures wearing a fusion saree in sky blue by Kankatala that she had opted for the show.

The intricately woven Kanchi saree is decorated with kalamkari work that narrates various mythological stories, flora and fauna. Meanwhile, its borders are punctuated with navy blue, silver and gold pattus. The pallu is beautified with gold and silver-hued pattu matching its borders. Shilpa paired the saree with a plain chanderi navy blue button detailed full-sleeve blouse.
She styled the outfit with a pair of silver jhumkas, a neckpiece and some chunky rings. Pleated bun hairdo with contoured cheeks, winged eyes and nude lips accentuated her look.
